Disney star Demi Lovato has opened up about her problems in her first TV interview since coming out of rehab for self-harm and eating disorders. The teen star, 18, has been in a treatment facility for three months for her struggle with eating disorders and self 'cutting' with blades. Speaking to American TV host Robin Roberts of Good Morning America Demi said her problems all stemmed from being bullied as a child: "I literally didn't know why they were being so mean," she said. "I was bullied for being fat," she added. She said she is coping by, "Taking one day at a time." The full interview will air on Thursday April, 21, 2011....
